Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, sea urchin, peony shrimp, and wild live flounder

Grilled dishes: White-grilled eel, charcoal-grilled boneless fish, special grilled Murakami beef

Cold dish: Sado-produced fresh black abalone cold shabu-shabu with liver ponzu sauce
