Appetizers: Grilled eggplant, simmered winter melon, sesame tofu, unglazed Hime-e spiral, chicken and pumpkin, simmered shrimp, fried young sweetfish

Sashimi: Bluefin tuna, Isaki, wild live flounder, and Nanban shrimp

Grilled dishes: Salt-grilled blackthroat seaperch and grilled tilefish with scales

Cold dish: Sudashima somen

Soup: Sado black abalone and whole eggplant with tortoiseshell sauce

Fried food: Murakami beef tataki
